there are no gay bars in indiana.

i was just searching google for any sign. i mean ANY sign of queerness in the entire state of indiana. yikes. omfg. i am so going to die of gay starvation. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! whatever. i still have four more programs to hear back from. and i'm sure i'll find another kink-inclined homo/queer/bi/whatever person... apparently indianapolis has a "leather bar." it's called the 501 Eagle. hmmmm...

I will get back to you on this. I know two queer people, one of whom a very dear friend, who grew up in Indiana.

there should be *something* there. I was in Indianapolis over the summer and I heard about a queer-friendly (if not outright gay) establishment in the city, though the overwhelmingly hetero company I was with prevented me from investigating further. It could be this 501 Eagle... but yeah. I'll get back to you.

No need to panic, young jedi.

There is a long-standing dyke bar in Indianapolis called The Ten.

There is a bar in Bloomington called Bullwinkle's that may not be gay all the time but does a good party on Friday(?) nights.

Please note that my information might be way expired. I know IU has a big and active queer student group. They might be a good resource for local hang outs.

word to this. there are also other queer friendly establishments in indy... like the abbey (which is a coffee house near-ish to downtown). If i remember more, i'll inform futher.

i just want...
